    I have the same issue on Lolipop server (Apache/PHP 8.3.30). WordPress 6.9.4 + Bogo 3.9.1 only (no other plugins). Console errors: /wp-json/wp/v2/types?context=view&lang=ja&locale=user → 403 /wp-json/wp/v2/settings?lang=ja&locale=user → 403 Block editor shows white screen.
