    Hi Malcolm,

    We have an issue with the seating plan. Two people are able to select the same seats at the same time if they enter the booking process at the same time, It’s not until they go to check out that the seats are then refused at the payment screen.

    is it possible for the seats selected to become unavailable straight away as a “booking In progress”? We have a couple of shows a year and we sell around 300-400 tickets within an hour, which makes this problem a relevant issue.
