    Hi

I’m currently working with your music-club theme by extending it with a child theme for some custom post types and corresponding custom templates. I’ve read the bold-builder code enough to see how to create a new content_element but I am unsure how to then declare this new element and have it loaded with my child theme.

    Best,
    Darius

    Hi,

After attempting to open a ticket I saw that my support period has expired. I followed the links to extend my support and ended up going to a page with a 503 error. Any advice on how to best get the information I need?

    Best,
    Darius

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
