Bold Builder not working

    Hi,

    I’m using LocalHost in Wamp to develop my new website and yesterday all bold builders in my pages dissapeared. I can still see the pages and nothing has changed there but I am not able to edit them.

    I also tried to build a new page and nothing was saved.

    I cleaned the cache and now not even the menu I set was saved, everything was lost.

    What can I do?

    Hi @rodinhaspark,

    Thanks for using Bold Builder plugin.

    Regarding your issue, we are sorry to hear that. Could you please confirm us are you using some other plugins which might be effecting on Bold Builder functionality?

    We suggest you to try disabling plugins, leaving just BB active and check if it is selected as a main editor – on top of the page editor click on Screen Options and make sure to check Bold Builder box. If it is not visible by default, switch the editor.

    Please let us know of the outcome.

    I am not sure if they are affecting Bold Builder, I made a list:
    – Akimest Anti-Spam
    – BoldThemes WordPress Importer
    – Contact Form 7
    – Cost Calculator
    – Download Plugin
    – Hello Dolly
    – Importador de WordPress
    – Kids Club Plugin
    – Meta Box
    – The Events Calendar
    – Visualizer: Charts and Graphs Lite
    – WooCommerce
    – WooSidebars

    I did what you adviced but the BB box in the page editor is still empty in pages full of content.

    Do you have any further suggestions or can you try to understand if any of the other plugins are affecting BB?
