bold builder Version 2.6.2 Dysfunction

    Hallo there

    The new bold builder version 2.6.2 doesn’t work with WordPress version 5.4!!!
    I downloaded the new version before 3 days and it showed up again yesterday for downloading!

    Now, getting in any page, it doesn’t allow me to modify it!!!
    Not even allow me to open the screen options or to get into Page’s Yoast SEO adjustments!!!

    Could you help me please?

    First of all, thanks for using Bold Builder plugin.

    Can you please confirm us if you are experiencing mentioned issue using latest Bold Builder version (2.6.3)? Thanks in advance.

    Yes, it still remains the issue! I am trying to modify pages’ content through Safari browser and Bold builder block doesn’t work.
    As I have already mentioned, it works with other browsers.
    For this reason i believe that it isn’t website or theme issue but new version (2.6.3) issue….

    Hi @ioannis77,

    We have tested latest Bold Builder plugin version with latest WordPress version, on Safari, Chrome and Firefox and we weren’t able to recreate the mentioned issue. It could be that some third party plugin is causing the problem. We would like to help you resolve it, so please feel free to send us your credentials on [email protected] so that we could inspect the issue.
