Bold/Italic & Every Editor Doesn’t Work Functionally

Hello, we currently are having some difficulties with the character functions and it is as if bold/italic has completely disappeared from our website. Past posts using those functions like bold and italic has completely disappeared. We aren’t a web techy when it comes to CSS, however, would anyone please give me some guidance?
