I means that some plugin has switched the blog during saving but before broadcasting. What plugins are activated that could cause such a problem?

That’s a really long list of plugins. I guess the only way to figure out why it doesn’t work anymore is to disable the plugins one by one and try to publish the post each time.
Also, disable the queue plugin so that it doesn’t make debugging more difficult.
