Sorry it does not possible.
The Booking Calendar is plugin for the booking of the specific services or properties inside of your own website. It does not have connections with external sources (in your cases airports) for integrations and booking.
If you just need to make the bookings for the specific times, please check the Business Small or Business Medium versions on plugin website.

Like you say I just need bookings for specific times with no restrictions of amounts of bookings by sources.
My question again is: Can I run a Booking flights site using your plugin with no custom code ?

Please retest how it’s was done the bookings for the specific timeslots (which possible to change, for example to set entering start and end time) in the live demo of Business Small version here.
