    Hi,

I have recently started using this form, but somehow the form isn’t working on the website. When logged in, its fine. But when visiting the page in incognito mode, i get an empty form. I tried excluding some js in wprocket but without results.

    The error i get is:

wbk5-frontend.js?ver=1748943416:656 Uncaught ReferenceError: wbkl10n is not defined
    at WEBBA5_Form.update_mobile_step (wbk5-frontend.js?ver=1748943416:656:61)

Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Hello,

I’ll be happy to assist you.

    1. Could you please clarify whether you’re using a caching plugin?

    2. Please share a screenshot showing how the Webba Booking shortcode is added within the Elementor block on your website. You can upload it on an image hosting and share the link here.

      Hi,

      i’m using WP Rocket 🙂

I have inserted the shortcod ein a separate container.

      Hello,

      Thank you for clarifying.

Could you please try disabling WP Rocket temporarily and check if the issue is resolved?
If the problem disappears, it indicates a conflict between Webba and the caching system.

As a solution, please exclude the booking form page from being cached. You can refer to the WP Rocket documentation for guidance on how to do this: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/54-exclude-pages-from-the-cache

If the problem persists, please let me know.
