    Hi Nate, somewhere along the way with the updates i’ve noticed something differently. In the bookingmanager backend I’m used to see the message icon at the end when someone actually also sent an extra message. Now I see them with each reservation regardless the message is filled or not. This way we always have to open it… What happened and how do I reverse this?

  • Hi Rob,

    The the details icon will appear whenever there’s content for a column that’s not currently being displayed. You can customize which columns to display by clicking the Columns button above the bookings list.

    A recent update added a Submitted By column, which displays the date and IP address of the original request. If this isn’t being shown, it will cause a details icon to appear for every submission.

    You can either show the message column by default, so you don’t need to click the icon, or make sure every column except the message is being shown, so the icon only appears when there’s a message.

    Hahaha Wow, Nate I never played with this option. So now I also added the column submitted by and now there’s only an icon if someone also actually typed a message. Thanks again Nate for your fantastic support!
