    Hello

    in the booking orders function :

    is it possible to add a personal comment ?
    is it possible to automatically delete the older appointments ?
    i try to find how i can search for an appointment by dates ? but i don’t find the way. I try to use the filter but it seems not working

    I decide to make by default all the appointements to the status Pending
    But it doesn’t work. The status stays approved after a new appointment taken by one of my customer. don’t understand 🙁

    Hi,

    You can search appointments by date in the “Schedule List View”. Use the “Schedule” button that points to the “Schedule Calendar View” and into that page click “Change to Schedule List View”.

    About the default booking status this should be the configuration you are looking for:

    The other features you mention (automatically delete older appointments and add personal comment) are commercial features. We’d like to help but we can’t reply about that in this forum. We are not allowed to support any customers in these forums.

    Hi,

    The solution in your case should be related to the settings field “Appointment Hour Booking” >> “General Settings” >> “Misc Settings” >> “Default status of “Paid Later”.

    Be sure to set that option to “Get Default status of non paid bookings”.
