booking request email

when a booking is made from the calendar and the email is sent to the admin when the email arrives in the inbox the from part of the email address is not completed correctly with the friendly name and is replaced with a quotation mark – ”
Whilst not a big issue it means the email invariably is treated a spam by our system plus when indexing you cant search by name etc.
any advise as to how to stop this or why it does it
