Booking Slot

    Hi

    I have a booking slot available on the front end but it is showing as unavailable in the admin. It has only booked 4 out of the 40 available bookings.
    Seems strange the slot is available on the frontend and available for admin to book.

    Can anyone advice please.

    Hello there.

    It sounds like you’re trying to add a customer to an already existing group appointment.

    You can’t create a new appointment on top of that, but you can edit the existing appointment, and add the customer through the “Customers” selection on the top of the appointment editing modal.
