Booking with multiple options

    Hello,

    I need to make a tour booking that allows the customer to choose the quantity for each of the following types:

    Singles – 1 person per Quad
    Doubles – 2 people per Quad

    the prices are different for both the options, but the user must be able to choose the quantity from each of the 2 options.

    Similar to when a customer needs to book a hotel room and wants to choose between a single room and a double room. It’s the same principle.

    Is this possible? How can I do it?

    Hello,

    With BA Book Everything you can implement this in two ways:
    1. Create one booking item post for “1 person per Quad” and another booking item post for “2 people per Quad”
    2. Use one booking item post “Quad” and adjust prices based on number of people (see more in BA Docs)

    Hi, Thanks for your reply.

    I don’t like option one.

    I tried already option 2, but it doesn’t fit for what I need.
    Each quad can have 1 or 2 people maximum.
    People need to be able to book in one go how many quads for 1 person and how many quads for 2 people.
    For example, 2 people might want just one quad for 2 people, but in other cases 2 people might want to book 2 separate quads, one for each person.
    With the current setup of the plugin, this is not possible.

    I would need something similar to the age list (adult, children, youth), but with different labels, keeping the ages list.
    Is this possible?

    You can’t do it with BA Book Everything in this way, sorry.
