Bookly form not advancing

The form shows up on my website, but when you click to schedule the session, the button just keeps spinning and does not advance to the next step. I’ve updated the plugin to the latest version and it still didn’t fix. No customers can book anything on my site. I have a paid version. I’ve contacted you via envato where I purchased it but have not received a response to this particular issue yet.
