I actually have 2 questions, the first is I have a bootstrap 3 site and want to move it to WordPress, can I have it look just like my original b3 site?

The second is I am not sure what template to use to accomplish the above in the easiest fashion, and WordPress has gotten a lot more, than when I dabbled with it in the past. I know html and css on a moderate level along with PHP. Any suggestions on how to start?

Make sure to learn the basic structure of the WP Theme first..
