Bootstrap conflict with jQuery

    Hi,

    SEO Ultimate causes a conflict with other plugins or themes that are using jQuery ui buttons in the dashboard. The buttonsets simply don’t get activated.

    I traced this back to the bootstrap.js file and found a post confirming my theory: https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/issues/6094

    This is not about the question whether jQuery or bootstrap is the better library, but jQuery is included in WordPress and most plugins use it so I hope SEO Ultimate finds a solution for it.

    I would like to add that plugin assets js/css are loaded only on plugin pages but we’ll revise those rules.
    And there’s $.fn.button.noConflict fix in Bootstrap js

    If you have some admin url which has collision, please post here

    I can confirm the issue on a custom post type edit page.
