The plugin is working fine with demos site.
We checked it. I think this plugin is a conflict with your site using some other plugin.

The only thing added was WooCommerce and Paid Memberships Pro and the theme was changed. Unfortunately, I can’t disable those as they are needed.
Do you know of any issues associated with those two?
