    Hi,

    I have started your Overlay Image Divi plugin on a clients website. Annoyingly when using a box shadow some margin or padding is showing below the image and I just cannot figure out how to get rid of it.

    Another question: when using the ‘normal’ Divi image module there is the possibility of having the image opening in Lightbox when clicking on the image. Even though I did add a link to the original image and the Divi gallery functionality is activated, when clicking the image it does not show in Lightbox. Is there a solution for this?

    Many thanks,
    Margriet

    Hi @margrietburorader,

    To fix the issue with the spacing at the bottom please try adding the following code to your Dashboard > Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS.

    .lwp_overlay_image .container{
    display: block;
    }

    I am sorry I am not following your second question completely. Is it about the Divi Image Module or one of the plugins I have developed?

    If it is about the Divi Image module that comes by default then you would need to get in touch with Elegant Themes support team.

    However I have tested and checked the image module on my website and the lightbox functionality is working fine for me on the latest version of the Divi theme.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi,

    Many thanks for the code – it did solve the issue 🙂

    The other issue: when clicking on the top left hand image the image does not open in a lightbox. In a ‘normal’ image module I can click on Open in Lightbox in the link section. In your module I did add the image url in the link because there is no Open in Lightbox option. Hope this is more clear.

    Kind regards,
    Margriet

    Hi @margrietburorader,

    At the moment, the plugin doesn’t support lightbox functionality. It’s not built into the module. I will definitely consider adding this as a feature in the future.

    If you don’t mind, could you let me know how you would expect the lightbox to work with this module? And in what kind of situations or pages do you think it would be most useful?

    Hi,

    I would be using this feature on a portfolio page. I would like the images added via your plugin to be clickable like the images on this page: https://staging.paulinehoogweg.com/portfolio-pauline-hoogweg/

    As you can see, the top left hand image is the same as on the page for which I used your plugin it only misses the overlay hence choosing you plugin to rebuild the page. But I am no unfortunately missing the Lightbox functionality.

    I did check if adding a Lightbox plugin would solve the issue but unfortunately even with such a plugin the image does not open in a Lightbox.
