What should I change to achieve the goal when I have 2-3 or 4 lines of excerpt?

Actually, min-height and max-height depended on your post content.
Please go to your Admin Panel->Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS.
Please put the below CSS on your “additional CSS” section.
.wppsac-post-content { min-height: 120px !important; max-height: 120px !important; }
Please check and let me know if you have anything else.

Ok I’ve put this CSS for desktop only and removed the <br> the client put in the excerpts. If you have a look on the FRENCH homepage,https://neuropsi.cnrs.fr/, it seems OK but we still have 1px difference on some blocks, I don’t understand why, see print screen: 1px.png and zoom it at 200%, you see it : https://www.dropbox.com/s/o84up18efy3yx7n/1px.png?dl=0
