Borders settings for the section problems

    Bug report: Borders can’t be created within the section when content is in it. Borders only can be created on empty sections. Also colour selection is out of the frame in borders settings for the section when selecting colour. I noticed that this happening in more settings tabs when colour picker is in second line.

    Hi @wiki2018,
    thanks for reporting these issues.

    Borders can’t be created within the section when content is in it. Borders only can be created on empty sections.

    I don’t seem to be able to reproduce it, here’s a section where I placed an heading module in it: I’ve successfully applied a big black border to the section

    The problem with the border accrue on 3 column sections with html content in text module.

    I’m still unable to reproduce the border issue, though.
    Nor I can reproduce the color picker placement issue, it might depend on a conflicting plugin.
