(I haven’t tried your plugin yet.)

Each day my WooCommerce store gets a series of “Draft” orders. It’s almost always for the same product (one of the cheapest we have) with different names and addresses (but always in the same format) and from different IP’s.

I already have Captcha and Cloudflare.

Being perfectly honest, how likely is your plugin to prevent these bot orders?

    Hi Tictubso,

Thanks for reaching out to us with your query!

I see that you’re already using Captcha and Cloudflare, so bots might still be trying other methods like scripts. Also, since the IPs are unique, it’s hard to tell if it’s the same or different customers.

Given this situation, we have one option (not available in the light version) called “Too Many Order Attempts.”

Click here to see the screenshot.

This feature checks the total number of orders within a specific period. If it exceeds the limit, it will block new orders.

This might be a good solution for you.

    Thank you,
    Hitendra

Ah no that won’t solve my issue, thanks anyway

I’m seeing that same type of fake orders in drafts. I’ve suggested that potentially a RegEx plugin could be useful to identify content in the user details as many of them seem to be using libraries like Faker (for fake user data) and Python.

    Thanks for sharing.

The plugin includes an option to block by email list or specific IDs only.
In the lite version, there’s no feature to automatically detect entries using AI or RegEx expressions.

    Best regards,
