Bot shown offline

Hi!
I followed the How-To to the letter when creating the bot and setting up the plugin, but unfortunately my bot is shown offline permanently. I did manage to sync the roles and within wordpress it’s shown as connected, but in the discord server, it is always offline.

Is this normal or did I do something wrong?
