Botiga customizing theme page unresponsive

    Hello,

    I’m trying to customize my website on the botiga theme but I can’t access the theme customization page, I get a Page Unresponsive alert every minute.

    It may be that other plugins are causing this slowdown.

    Hi @jstnate,

    It may be that other plugins are causing this slowdown.

    Have you tried disabling all plugins at once temporarily while troubleshooting?

    If you could have the customizer working without any plugin, to find out the source of the problem, try re-enabling them one by one and run your test in each.
