Try deactivating it by renaming that plugin on the server here:
wp-content
plugins
botnet blocker.HOLD
You’ll need to use FTP or Cpanel to do the above.
Okay, what botnet blocker are you using?
What plugins do you have active?
If it’s not a WordPress plugin, sounds like it’s a BlueHost thing – in which case you need to ask them about it.

You can try what I suggested in my first post – ask BlueHost how to use FTP or Cpanel to access your site files on the server.
Don’t know if that will work as I’m not familiar with that plugin. If it does not work, post on the plugin’s own forum here:
