    Hey,

I’m currently using the plugin for registering at my website and I have captcha enabled for it (all combinations; letters + numbers). However, I keep receiving a wide number of bots on a daily base. I remember when I first downloaded and used the plugin, the amount of bots reduced significantly, if not totally. But then, after a while, it all started again.

I updated the plugin to its latest version and I have all the options under both complexity and arithmetic options ticked.

The following page will lead you to the registration form:

Thank you for your help 🙂

Does not look like reCAPTCHA is active on that registration form.

Hmm but I don’t have any other captcha plugins currently running. I do have the plugin called My Theme Login, which has the option to turn recaptcha on. I have that turned off, but would that be the problem? I mean, that is an external plugin right?

    Hi,

We visited your site and found captcha generated by CAPTCHA by BestWebSoft, not Google CAPTCHA(reCAPTCHA) by BestwebSoft.

Please try to enable images for displaying in the captcha. Additionally, please complete the following steps:
    1) Enable all captcha protection complexity. Go to the plugin settings page and enable such options as Plus, Minus, Multiplication; enable Numbers, Words, and Images.
    2) Try to submit form(-s) with captcha (use the wrong answer to make sure that Captcha is working correctly).
    3) Install and activate Limit Attempts plugin to get additional anti-spam protection and low-down bots registration rate. Learn more – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/limit-attempts/

    Sincerely,
    BestWebSoft Support Team
