    Title says it all. Your paid support is to say it bluntly, PATHETIC.

    It’s been more than 3 weeks now that I have informed your developers on your PAID forum about a major bug that I am facing on Google Drive, with duplicate file being uploaded and backups taking up huge amounts of space.

    Other users are facing the same problem, yet your support on the paid forum tells them everything is alright. Plus you are deleting my posts on other users threads that face the same problem where I inform them about this bug.

    Hopefully someone does something about this this time… or you can ignore this and show everyone how much you care about paying users.

    Hi,

    For the record:

    1) The other user whose thread you posted in did not report that he had identically named files; he was asking why he had more than one file (the answer to which is that UpdraftPlus splits archives every 400MB). At this point we do not actually have any other reports from users with the same problem.

    2) Your post was deleted from that user’s thread because hijacking other users’ threads often causes confusion, especially if someone is posting having jumped to the conclusion that their problem is the same one when it isn’t; I removed it to prevent the other user receiving inferior support due to any confusion.

    Please note that ww.wp.xz.cn forbid posting about commercial purchases in their forums – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products . As such I will mark this thread as resolved and you will need to return to updraftplus.com. Our support agent replied to your June 8th message on June 9th; normally we aim for same-day, but occasionally next day can happen, and our agent said he was sorry about it.
