bought the plugin not working

    Hi, Just bought the plugin and I can’t see pretty much none of my questions from a back end perspective. However it’s displayed on the front. I can’t see the results too. I tried to deactivate all of my plugins and theme, still not working. I tried many times to contact customer support, no answer.
