Bought theme nothing sent

Hello, I have used your free theme and thought it very good which is why I went to buy the pro version yesterday, paid $99 for lifetime license and have not been sent the pro-theme. I have sent an email on the contact page of the pro-theme website and heard nothing so now I am turning to the WordPress comments section. Can you either help me get what I paid for or refund my money. I would rather the pro theme though. I look forward to hearing from you.
