Bounce Rate Issue

    Hi,

    Burst bounce rate is always at 100%. This error started after the last few updates. I have excluded the following from optimization in my cache plugin:

    burst.min.js
    burst-cookieless.min.js
    timeme.min.js
    burst-goals.min.js
    burst
    timeme

    still the bounce rate does not work well

    Hi @techlector,

    Thanks for contacting us. I just checked on our own site and testing environments, and can’t reproduce the issue yet. To figure out the cause I’ll need some additional info.

    Can you share the site health log from Tools / Site Health / Info, then click “copy site info”, and send it to support(at)burst-statistics.com or paste a cleaned version (removing domain info etc) here?

    Do you have any Burst related mu-plugins for customization active?

    And there are no filters active on the Burst dashboard?
