Hi, this theme looks like a mess and is not easy to work with. I don’t understand anything about that CSS and why this simply doesn’t work as it should. If you and I cannot manage this together we will need help from the people who made the theme.
You could try adding this custom CSS to Appearance > Customizer > Custom CSS:

There is a commercial version. Depending on which one you use, you could use their inhouse support forum or the one on wp.org.
The explain it all a bit better. A plugin provides functionality. A theme provides layout and styling. A form should always be styled consistently on a website, so the theme should handle styling of form elements.
