We have visited the link and found that the carousel is working fine there. 🙂
As you have pasted the shortcode into a block named ‘code’, the grey box appears. If you paste the plugin’s shortcode into a block named ‘Shortcode’ from the widget section, the grey box will disappear.

You might set navigation color to ‘white’. So, it seems that the navigation arrows are hidden. We suggest changing the color if you wish.
