Box doesn't hide anymore

Hi

It used to be that if I clicked the ‘x’ on my box it disappeared. Now it does not disappear – even when I refresh the page.

I have everything up to date according to my WP dashboard. I have tried turning off my cache plugin but still the box won’t disappear. Not sure what else to try.
