Box Not Loading

    I’ve created a box, and set it to load 3 seconds after the page loads.

    It doesn’t load.

    I set it to load for certain post categories.

    Why isn’t it loading?

    In case it’s useful, here’s the HTML code of the box:

    Also please go to the settings of that Boxzilla box and click “add rule” with “everywhere” selected and save it. If that doesn’t solve it please share a link to your website so we can take a look at this.

    It worked when I set it to “everywhere”. It doesn’t work when I set it to Post Category and enter a category or two.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply. When you set it to Category, can you please make sure you enter the SLUG of the category, not the name of a category?

    You can see the slugs under Posts > Categories.
