    I came a across a problem where the box office is not displayed on the page delegated to it. I am using the basic version as I do not see the need in buying the StageShow+ to sell 2 tickets for one show. Do I require to buy StageShow+ in order to be able to display the box office? If not please provide me with a guide on possible solutions.

    This depends on what you mean by “the box office is not displayed”.

    The Box Office page only lists shows that are “ACTIVE” and have valid performances. Valid performance are those that are “ACTIVE” and have not passed their performance expiry date/time (this is the performance time for the StageShow version and can be set by the system admin on the StageShow+ version).

    If there are no valid shows there will be no output.

    If the shortcode is output on the page then either the shortcode is incorrect, or StageShow has not been correctly installed or is not activated.
