Box Preview – Error Status: 404

One of the requests I have is to preview Word documents. I went through the process of setting up the Box Preview, but when I try to preview a file I receive an “Error Status:404”. Now, these Word files are on an internal Intranet not accessible from the Internet. The users are also on the internal network. Is this the problem or do I have something configured incorrectly?
