Greetings,

Plugin has stopped working on my website. Either Pc version, or mobile version.

specifically, i am trying to popup a gif file.

I’ve created a box with the following order:

Load this box if Request matches of the following conditions.
everywhere
botton left
yes, after 1 sec to appear
triggered and dismissed 0
screen width larger than 1 px

I think you can let screen width field blank if you are selecting screen larger than 1 pixel is the same as all screens / not using that filer.

What is the content of the box? Does it involve an iframe?

This issue is fixed in the latest development version of Boxzilla that you can download here: https://github.com/ibericode/boxzilla-wp

Another work around is to add any content, for example to the box besides the image alone.

The next official update of Boxzilla will of course include this fix.
