Please help! All my #Boxzilla not triggering

    None of my boxes are triggering 🙁 I’ve tried using short code, going to just #boxzilla-number of my box, every manual way I can find in support. I also deactivated the plugin and deleted. I reinstalled and I still get boxes to work. I’m not sure what to do at this point. Is there a known conflict with the WordPress Update or something else?

    Or is there a way to delete the plug-in and fully purge it and reinstall it? Please help!

    Did you already set the box settings to add the box everywhere and just never “auto trigger”?

    I just tested the button on your homepage and it works for me. Did you already solve the issue? Or do you have this issue in a specific browser or on a specific type of device?
