I’m not sure why you can’t access the site. It is indeed up. Support is handled via the support forum.
Also, what email address are you sending emails to? I don’t see any emails from you.
Yea, tried numerous different browsers. Was working on Thursday and for the purchase, then I went back Thursday night to start working on it and it keeps giving me the “This Webpage is Not Available.” (Chrome, Chromium) and “Server not found.” (Firefox). Tried the wp-login page and some other URLs but nothing. I have not made any changes to my router or anything involving the internet (everything else seems to be running fine)
Since you mentioned it is up, I checked it on my phone and its working on there (I shouldve checked that first, but I never ran into this problem before). Really weird.
I’d like to be able to start getting the Pro up and running but dont know how I can get the files and would like access to the forums to search for questions and answers. I am running on Mac. I’ll continue to search for answers, as it seems to be from my end, was just seeing if you had anything.

Perhaps clear your cache and history for the past week? See what that does?
Tried that..I ended up just using a proxy server to get a connection to the site as it seems something might be going wrong along the route for me.
Just a couple more questions:
1. I filled in the MASTER BRACKET previous to the purchase of Pro and went and did a randomize bracket to test it out. Now that I have Pro installed will the bracket revert back to normal once the M-Bracket is updated on Sunday?
2. What is the “Hide Data Pages” option supposed to do? After install it was set on Enable Pages, but I am not sure what it is for.

1. Yes it will.
2. You can ignore it. It allows you to hide the team page when PRO is enabled.
