    Hello,

    I’m using a program to synchronize my physical store management software with my WooCommerce website to keep the online store up to date.

    When a new product is added via the management software, it also creates the corresponding brand in the default WooCommerce brands taxonomy.

    After this initial synchronization, I’m using your plugin’s auto-import feature to transfer the brands to the Perfect Brands for WooCommerce plugin.

    The issue is that instead of updating the products and linking them to the existing brands in your plugin’s taxonomy, it creates a new brand with the same name and slug, resulting in brand duplication.

    Is there a way to solve this so that the import only associates the new products with existing brands without creating duplicates?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    @franciscarehbein Hi mate,

    To better understand the issue, could you please send us some screenshots showing the duplicated brands and how they appear in your products?

    You can easily capture and share them using https://snipboard.io. Just paste the link to the screenshot here.

    Best regards, Quadlayers Support Team.
