Hello, I am using your plugin and I have an issue to make it work with attributes. For example if you choose any brand at our site https://ntotaslight.gr/brands-1/ the WooCommerce attributes list is not shown.

This happens only in brands. Can you help?

    Thanks
    Giorgos

    Hi @giorgoskey

To better understand the issue, please record a screencast (screen recording) showing the problem.

You can easily do this using http://www.loom.com and share the link with us here.

Hello Matias, if you check https://ntotaslight.gr/brand/arapidis-lighting/ as an example brand category you will notice that the left sidebar is missing. That sidebar is visible across the site at categories etc but is not shown at the brands. https://ntotaslight.gr/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/missing.png

Is your plugin now use a different template on it’s own and the sidebar is not shown? It doesnt follow the main template maybe any more? After an update maybe?

    Thanks
    Giorgos

@giorgoskey thanks for updating your ticket.

Our plugin only provides the brand taxonomy and related functionality. The layout, sidebars, and overall template design for brand pages depend entirely on the active theme and how it handles the styles.

In other words, the plugin doesn’t override or change your site’s layout — it simply adds the brand taxonomy, while the theme controls how that content is displayed (including whether sidebars appear or not).

    Best regards,
