Brands list not responsive

I recently switched from WPBakery to Elementor for page builders and noticed that despite using thes same shortcode, the brands list, which once was responsive showing two columns, is no longer responsive and shows 6 columns on mobile screen. Please review the following shortcode and parameters and advise.
