Brands order not working

    Hello,

    I am unable to get Brands filter sorted ascending, A-Z.

    Filter by: Custom Taxonomy
    Custom Taxonomies: Brands
    Values Order: Alpha (or Default)
    Order Direction: Ascending

    With this setup, brands list is still sorted randomly.

    Any ideas why, please?

    Hello,

    In most cases it is happened when some other plugin or PHP code modify taxonomy order with help of get_terms hook. This order also will be applied to brands in our plugin.

    If order modified for some menu or links on page, then it can cause this issue.
