Breadcrumb display garbled characters

    Hi,

    I found that after v4.1.9 the breadcrumb was displayed garbled characters for Traditional Chinese characters. I don’t see problem in displaying English characters. In v4.1.8, the breadcrumb was shown correctly for Traditional Chinese characters. Sounds like the changes introduced from v4.1.9 broke the breadcrumb character encoding. Any idea to fix this issue?
