Hi @hweiss,
I can see what you’re describing, and I think this is a problem coming from your theme. It would be useful to diagnose this by temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes — preferably Twenty Seventeen. You can do this by installing a plugin that only switches the theme for the current user, linked below:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/theme-switcha/
Or, if you’d rather not use a plugin, you could temporarily set your active theme to Twenty Seventeen. The Twenty Seventeen theme comes preinstalled with your WordPress, and you can find it under Appearance > Themes.
See if the Jobs breadcrumb links to all of the job listings (and it is correctly named “Jobs”). If things are correct with a default theme active, you’ll need to contact your theme’s developer to see if they can help you troubleshoot.
Just a side-note; before you swap your theme, we recommend that you make a full backup of your site.
Let us know what you find!
As a side note, the plugin I’ve linked below is useful for changing strings — this might work for you to convert “Job” to “Jobs” if changing the theme doesn’t work:

Cheers.
