Breadcrumbs displaying wrong page title

Hi everyone, I’m having troubles with the Breadcrumb widget of elementor. Right now, the Breadcrumbs look like this:
S+P / Blog

Instead of the ‘Blog’ Part, it should be displaying the page title ‘Home Page’.
S+P / Home Page

This seemingly works for every page except the home page. I’ve updated the title a couple of times but that doesn’t help.

However, if I view the page in the customzier or in the Elementor builder it does show the correct title and updates it with every change. What could be the issue here?
