Breadcrumbs Parent categories

    Hi,

    Been having issues with breadcrumbs so started using RANK maths breadcrumbs in our template which is working fine but the default breadcrumbs dont show all subcategories as it should. Please see below the product page image with both breadcrumbs.

    What is the issue with the woocommerce breadcrumbs? Also just to add on some products it will show all subcategories before the product but on others it doesn’t. Also primary term is set to the last subcategory in which the product itself is in.

    Hi @hql

    I understand that the breadcrumbs on your site are not showing the parent categories when you go to the products page.

    I replicated this on my test site by adding a parent category to one of my products.

    However, I was not able to reproduce your issue as seen here:

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin present on your site. Can you please try to perform a full conflict test and see if that works?

    If that did no resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
