    Dear sir or madam,

    Since 25/10/22, customers who (re)install our plug-in have been having problems in combination with your plug-in.
    Our checkout plugin doesn’t seem to work anymore. It is unfortunately difficult to reproduce, because the error does not always occur. Have there been any changes in your plug-in that all plug-in builders should take into account? Or is it possible that you can find out why this error occurs?

    Hi @montapacking,

    I haven’t heard of any issues with checkout extensions. To verify if the plugin is causing the issue, you can check if the issue occurs with all hardening features disabled.

    Secondly, you can try renaming the plugin folder to see if that changes anything.

    If any of these steps makes a difference, let me know and we can investigate.

    @montapacking I just checked our update date: that was november 3d. So if you had breaking changes since oktober 25th, this confirms the issue wasn’t caused by Really Simple SSL.
