Breaking woo-commerce reset password

    Hi, I have discovered that the plugin redirects the lost password email link back to the login page with no ability to reset the password!. When I disabled the plugin the email link directed correctly to a reset password page. HOWEVER, reactivating the plugin, the reset password page is now working correctly. I am adding this incase it helps somebody else. I search for 2 days to find out why the reset password page was inaccessible.

    Hi @michellediamond,

    This isn’t something that the plugin does by default. Is it possible you are using a snippet that’s causing this behaviour?

    I will have to test those. A senior developer wrote them. However it is working now. The site is staging.shop.fishwithastory.org if you want to look. I hope it is working. We dont move this site to production so you are welcome to create an account.

    Hi Shea, I have put off all the snippets. We had 4 and one was just css. The email link is not going to the reset password page. It only works if I disable the plugin.
