Breaking wp-admin?

For some reason, when activating i’m unable to access my wp-admin. It keeps trying to load the admin area (admin.php) for a while time, eventually saying:

‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’

It’s getting 302 Errors. I’ve testing this only having 3 plugins running. Woo. Buddy. and WC4BP. I can get in fine without having WC4BP active. So the front end works completely fine, but the back end isn’t accessible.

I also tried switching themes thinking there was a conflict with child theme or other edited theme files like functions.php It did not make a difference.

It even does it with the default twenty seventeen theme.

It seems to me it’s trying to redirect over and over?
